The Expert Council / Jury of the International Pastel Artists Contest "PASTELIUM" consists of masters and experts from Europe, Asia, America and Australia. 
The expert council consists of professionals working in the field of creating or promoting works of dry pastels: artists, art historians and gallery owners. 
The expert council includes an assessment both in the exposition (offline jury) and in electronic form (online jury).
