Authors published below are invited to the finalists exhibition, which will be held in St. Petersburg, from March 3 to 8, 2020.
Exhibition address: St. Petersburg, Bolshaya Morskaya St., 38, Exhibition Center of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists.

Key dates: 
а) acceptance of intramural works at the exhibition in St. Petersburg: March 2, 2020, from 11:00 to 15:00.
b) reception of original works in Moscow for transportation to St. Petersburg: until February 28 inclusive (9:30-20:00, Moscow, Krymsky Val street, 8, building 2, "Union of Artists" office);
c) The final sheet, with points and places, will be published on the website on March 7, 2020.
d) Closing ceremony: March 8, 17:00
e) Return of works: after ceremony, from about 18:00 to 20:00.

The list of finalists is based on the work of the jury, according to the following parameters:
а) based on the rating formed by points (arithmetic mean value)
b) based on the personal opinion of the jury

Catalog:
All entries for the competition (all semi-finalists) are printed in the catalog. The structure of the catalog: the first part - finalists, the second part - participants in the semifinals. Catalog size: A4, color 4 + 4, in two languages.

Instructions for finalists:
1) full-time participants provide originals of their works:
а) in St. Petersburg (acceptance of work for the exhibition: March 2, 2020, from 11:00 to 15:00, at the address: Bolshaya Morskaya St., 38, metro station "Admiralteyskoye").
b) in Moscow (for transportation to St. Petersburg): reception until February 28, until 19:00.
2) artprint participants: two options (you must communicate your choice to the Organizing Committee before February 28, until 13:00)
а) present their works as originals (they are handed over to an exhibition in St. Petersburg or for transportation in Moscow)
b) submit their works in the form of photocopies (the cost of printing is indicated in the section "Печать и оформление финальных работ")

Printing and execution of final works (for distance participation)

1) Printing on foam board (including transportation to the exhibition):
а) A3 format: 17 euros / sheet;
b) A2 format: 26 euros / sheet;
c) A1 format: 35 euros / sheet;

2) Printing on paper (including transportation to the exhibition):
а) A3 format: free of charge (on paper + exposition without a passe-partout);
b) A3 format: 12 euros / sheet (on paper + exposition on a passe-partout / cardboard backing);
c) A2 format: 19 euros / sheet (on paper + exposition on a passe-partout / cardboard backing);
d) A1 format: 27 euros / sheet (on paper + exposition on a passe-partout / cardboard backing);

3) Frame and glass design
The cost of design, including glass and frame, for some sizes, is as follows:
